Roger Madison
After marrying a native Olympian in 2007, Roger Madison relocated to Olympia from King County and founded our firm. Roger earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Haas School of Business Administration at the University of California-Berkeley, where he graduated first in his class. While attending both Harvard Law School and Harvard Business School, Roger served as the Managing Editor of the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy, one of the leading scholarly legal journals in the profession. After graduating with honors from Harvard in 1985, he embarked on a distinguished career in law and business in the Seattle area. In his business career, Roger founded or co-founded five companies, taking one of them public in 1994. He was honored as the 1996 “Entrepreneur of the Year” by the Puget Sound Business Journal and NASDAQ and has appeared on CNBC, Dow Jones and other business media.
In his thirty-seven years as a member of the Washington bar, Roger has argued business and family law cases at both the trial and appellate levels. He has achieved favorable results for his clients in a wide range of family law matters, including:

With his extensive financial background, Roger understands complex property matters which frequently are at issue in divorces.
